While it is a tad raunchy to wear a hat with 3D breasts on it in public, James Cameron got a PG rating for Avatar even with the weird alien ayahuasca-inspired forest sex scene where they entangle their weird alien hair together. I saw it as an adult and it was traumatizing. But these are just standard cartoonish boobs, so relax.
